Delete your GoStox account

You can request deletion of your GoStox account and all associated personal data at any time. We comply with the GDPR Right to Erasure (Article 17) and remove your data promptly.


How to delete your account

Option 1 — In-app (from GoStox version 1.x onward)

Once the in-app delete flow is live:

  1. Open the GoStox app on your iPhone or Android device
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm by typing DELETE (English) or LÖSCHEN (German)
  5. Re-authenticate if prompted
  6. Your account and data are removed immediately

Option 2 — By email (available now)

Send a deletion request to privacy@gostox.app from the email address linked to your GoStox account. Include:
